Gets the number of samples per channel.

Returns

The number of samples per channel

Comments

In DICOM all channels within a multiplex group are synchronously digitized at a common sampling frequency and have the same number of samples. Use this function to get the number of samples per channel in this group.

The initial value for the number of samples per channel is zero.
