Rotates the bitmap view perspective from the specified cell or sub-cell.

Parameter	Description
hCon	Handle to the container.
nCellIndex	A zero-based index of the cell, which is having its viewer perspective rotated. Pass -1 to rotate the view perspective of the image with the specific sub-cell of all cells managed by the container. Pass -2 to rotate the view perspective of the image with the specific sub-cell of the selected cells managed by the container.
nSubCellIndex	A zero-based index into the image list attached to the cell specified in nCellIndex. This image will be rotated by the specified angle. Pass -1 to rotate the view perspective of all sub-cells. Pass -2 to rotate the view perspective of the image in the selected sub-cell.
nAngle	Value that represents the rotation angle.
uFlags	Reserved for future use. Pass 0.

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
