Determines whether the cell is in an animation phase.

The cell is in an animation phase. |

The cell is not in an animation phase, or an error occurred. Refer to Return Codes. |
Comments
To start the animation, call the LImageViewer::StartAnimation function.
To stop the animation, call the LImageViewer::StopAnimation function.
