The function is used to move the magnifying glass to the position, specified by (x,y), on the screen. Since the user is responsible for displaying the magnifying glass and moving it on the screen in a manual update, this function is used in conjunction with the L_ShowMagGlass function.
If the magnifying glass is displayed, this function will move the magnifying glass to the specified (x,y) position and it will be displayed there. Iif the magnifying glass was hidden, this function will move the magnifying glass to the specified position without displaying it.
This function can be called in the MouseMove message to control the position of the magnifying glass.
