Enables or disables double buffering.

Comments

This function enables or disables a double buffering process. This function should be used after the double buffering process is already in place. This means that the double buffering handle should already be created, and all paint calls should already be wrapped in L_DoubleBufferBegin and L_DoubleBufferEnd pairs.
