virtual L_INT LBitmap::BinaryFilter(pFilter, uFlags = 0)

pBINARYFLT pFilter;

/* pointer to the binary filter to use */

L_UINT32 uFlags;

/* flags */

Imposes a binary filter on the class object's bitmap.

Parameter

Description

pFilter

Pointer to the binary filter to use. You can use one of the following predefined filters:

Value

Meaning

BFLT_EROSION_HORZ
BFLT_EROSION_VERT
BFLT_EROSION_DIAG

[#define] Shrinks black objects in the image. The effect is biased in the specified direction.

BFLT_DILATION_OMNI
BFLT_DILATION_HORZ
BFLT_DILATION_VERT
BFLT_DILATION_DIAG

[#define] Enlarges black objects in the image. The effect is biased in the specified direction.

uFlags

Reserved for future use. Must be 0.

Returns

SUCCESS

The function was successful.
