Changes from Version 14 to Version 14.5

Version 14.5 of the LEADTOOLS Mixed Raster Contents C DLL has changed from Version 14 as follows:

• LEADTOOLS Mixed Raster Contents C DLL now supports the PDF Compressor to create compressed PDF files through MRC segmentation.
