Retrieves a pointer to an IUnknown interface that references the media target object, if the target type is stream (ltmmConvert_Target_Stream).

Comments
This function will retrieve a pointer to the object set with the IltmmConvert::put_TargetStream function.
To determine the target type of a stream, use IltmmConvert::get_TargetType.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the retrieved interface pointer by calling the interface’s Release method.
