Retrieves the registered audio renderer The audio device that will play the sound. This is usually your sound card. Some computers have more than one sound playback device. You choose which sound playback device will play the sound by selecting the corresponding audio renderer. collection object.

Comments
The returned IltmmRenderers Interface is used to enumerate the available audio renderers. See ltmmRenderers for details.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interface’s Release method.
