Retrieves a camera control object exposed by the video input device.

Comments
Not all devices expose this interface. Therefore, this function may update the Camera parameter with NULL.
The IltmmCameraControl interface obtained by this function is used to control device properties such as zoom, tilt, iris, etc. For more information, refer to the IltmmCameraControl Interface.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interface’s Release method.
