Parameter	Description
pVector	Pointer to the vector handle.
pObject	Pointer to a VECTOROBJECT structure that references the vector object for which to show the tooltip. If the object doesnt have a tooltip, nothing is changed.
pTooltipDesc	Pointer to a VECTORTOOLTIPDESC structure which contains information about how the tooltip should look.
