Panning Vector Images

The following functions will set the physical pan values of the vector. These can be used to scroll the vector image.

LVectorBase::SetPan

LVectorBase::GetPan

To reset the pan settings to the default values, use LVectorBase::Reset or LVectorWindow::Reset.
