Changes from Version 13 to Version 14

Version 14 of the LEADTOOLS Vector C++ Class Library has changed from Version 13 as follows:

• LEADTOOLS Vector C++ Class Library now supports UNICODE.

• The following objects have been added since version 13:

LVectorSpline

LVectorHPolyBezier

• The following data structures have been added since version 13:

VECTORSPLINE

VECTORHPOLYBEZIER
