The HitTestInterior Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

(Read only) Gets a value indicating whether hit-testing should be performed inside this AnnRulerObject object.

Remarks

(Read only) AnnRulerObject overrides the base AnnObject.HitTestInterior to return true.
