Parameters
- codedConcept
- Coded Concept to be deleted.
Return Value
An adjacent Coded Concept in the same Context Group. This Concept is the one immediately following the Concept being deleted or the one immediately preceding it if no Concepts follow the Concept being deleted. null if No Coded Concepts are left in the Context Group of the deleted Coded Concept.For an example, refer to DicomContextGroupTable.Insert.
- If a Context Group in the Context Group Table has a corresponding Group in the internal table maintained by LEADTOOLS, then you can use the Default method to discard any changes made to the Context Group, including the deletions of any Coded Concepts that originally belong to the Context Group, as stored in the internal table.
