graphicAnnSQItem: An item element under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".

graphicAnnSQItem: An item element under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".

Retrieves the value of the "Graphic Layer" element under one of the items under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" in the "Graphic Annotation Module". Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7.
