The ToolBarButtonImage Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Property Value
A System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapSource which represents the toolbar button's Image of this AnnAutomationObject.For C#/VB examples, refer to AnnAutomationManager.
Calling CreateToolBar will create the toolbar and all the buttons for all the automation objects in AnnAutomationManager.Objects. After that, you can use this property to edit the toolbar button control if needed.
The image can have any size and any bits/pixel. However, it is advised to use the same size and bits/pixel for all toolbar button images for all automation objects. A recommended toolbar button image has a size of 24 by 24.
