Restricts the header to appear fully within the bounding rectangle of the container of this AnnObject. Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7

Remarks

This method works only if the IsHeaderRestricted value of this AnnObject is set to true. Calling this method will move the header (by changing the HeaderOffset property so the header will be restricted to appear fully within the System.Windows.FrameworkElement.Width and System.Windows.FrameworkElement.Height properties of the AnnContainer that contains this AnnObject).
