The ShowGauge Property supports WPF/Silverlight.

The ShowGauge Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the gauge (the perpendicular lines at the ends of the protractor rulers) for this AnnProtractorObject is visible. Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7
