The CanSendToLast Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Gets a value that indicates whether this AnnAutomation can send the currently selected object(s) to the bottom of the Z-order.

(Read only) Call the AnnAutomation.SendToBack method to send the object to the bottom of the Z-order.
