For an example, refer to CanBringToFront.
Use this method with first set to true to bring the object(s) to the top of the Z-order, and set first to false to bring the object(s) up one level. You can determine whether you can bring the objects up or to the top by calling the CanBringToFront and CanBringToFirst properties, respectively.
