true if this AnnAutomation is currently in a state where a text window can be displayed over the text object; otherwise, false.(Read only) The AnnAutomation can display a text window if there is an AnnTextObject that is currently being edited (in other words, the CurrentDesigner is an object of the AnnTextEditDesigner class), and the AnnObject currently being edited is not locked (the AnnObject.IsLocked value is false).
Call the ShowTextObjectEditWindow method to display a text edit window.
