Parameters

- A System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs object that contains the mouse event data.
Return Value
true if this event is handled; false otherwise.For an example, refer to AnnDesigner.
Derived classes should override this method in order to process mouse move events on the container. The designer should return true if it handled this event in any way.
The annotation application should call this method from the Owner controls System.Windows.Forms.Control.MouseMove event.
