The SetFixedState Method is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.
- fixedState
- true to make the AnnObject fixed; false to allow it to move freely
- adjust
- true to automatically adjust the AnnObject when changing the fixed state; false to have no adjusting performed.

Parameters
- fixedState
- true to make the AnnObject fixed; false to allow it to move freely
- adjust
- true to automatically adjust the AnnObject when changing the fixed state; false to have no adjusting performed.

Sets the fixed state of every AnnObject in the AnnGroupObject. Fixed annotations are independent of the Transform. The result is that they do not scroll or move with the underlying image. For more information, refer to AnnObject.SetFixedState.
