Parameters

Return Value
true if this event is handled; false otherwise.The default behavior for this event is to display a rich text box on top of the object.
Derived classes should override this method in order to process double click events on the container. The designer should return true if it handled this event in any way.
The annotation application should call this method from the Owner controls System.Windows.Forms.Control.MouseDown event.
