Parameters
- participantCoupon
- The participant coupon of the application received from JoinCommonContext.
- contextManager
- The context manager to activate.
- nonce
- A string provide to create the digital signal. A new value should be provide each time this is called.
- appSignature
- The digital signature of the application.
