GetAnnotationPoints Method

Returns an array of DicomAnnotationPoint objects, that contains the points of the graphical object.These points are based on the "Graphic Data" (0070,0022) attribute in the "Graphic Annotation Module". Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7.
