presentationID
The Presentation Context ID. The ID provides information about both the class type of the data and the Transfer Syntax to use when transferring the data.
commandSet
A DicomDataSet object that contains the Command Set which specifies the actual command message.
dataSet
A DicomDataSet object that contains the actual data. This may be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if no Data Set is included.

Remarks

This is a low level means of sending DICOM messages and data. It allows you to send messages yourself, instead of using the high level message sending methods provided.
