Parameters

streamer

A DicomWCFStreamer to get initialization data from the WCF service.

Return Value

Note to inheritors: Override this method only when you need to change the way to retrieve the cache initialization parameters, if you only want to create your custom type of Leadtools.Medical.Caching.Cache with the same initialization information override the GetCache method.

If you override this method without calling the base class you should manually call the GetCache method.
