The MedicalViewerAnnotationRuler Constructor(Boolean) is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkits.
Initializes a new instance of the
MedicalViewerAnnotationRuler class.

- true to create a ruler without tick marks (which means that the ruler will be like a line; otherwise, false.
