The labels (overlay tags) are the text that are docked to the top-center, bottom-center, left-center and right-center of the cell.
To set those labels, use the method MedicalViewerBaseCell.SetTag.
To rotate the image, use the method MedicalViewerCell.RotateImagePerspective.
