The System.Data.IDbCommand database command that will be initialized to execute the query.
matchingParamsCollection
The matching parameters for the query.
NoReturnStatusStrings
A System.Collections.Specialized.StringCollection worklist status that won't be returned in the query results.

The allowable values are: "IN PROGRESS", "COMPLETED" and "DISCONTINUED"

Each Leadtools.Medical.DataAccessLayer.Catalog.CatalogElement is a matching parameter value.

All Leadtools.Medical.DataAccessLayer.Catalog.CatalogElement in an array will be combined with AND operation in the condition statement.

Each array in the collection will be combined with OR operation in the condition statement.
