- The image, or selected region, is broken down into rectangles of size CellWidth x CellHeight. For each rectangle, the thumbnail image is corrected to approximate that rectangle, and inserted in the original image. Note that every rectangle is replaced by the same image.
- The lightness factor can be used to change the lightness of the big image by changing the lightness of each rectangle.
- This command supports 12 and 16-bit grayscale and 48 and 64-bit color images. Support for 12 and 16-bit grayscale and 48 and 64-bit color images is available only in the Document/Medical toolkits.
- This command does not support signed data images.
- This command does not support 32-bit grayscale images.
