Initializes a new
Leadtools.ImageProcessing.SpecialEffects.RevEffectCommand class object with explicit parameters.

Parameters
- lineSpace
- The space (in pixels) between each wave. This parameter only accepts positive values.
- maximumHeight
- The maximum height (in pixels) that the wave can reach. This parameter only accepts positive values.
