This AddIn implements Service Class Provider (SCP) role of Storage Commitment Push Model of Storage Commitment Service Class. Once it receives N-ACTION request to commit list SOP Class/Instances, it verifies that instances are in the database and will try to send the notification (N-EVENT-REPORT) on same association that sent the request when connection is variable; otherwise it will send the notification event via separate association to the requesting client.
