The ImageDirty Property supports WPF/Silverlight.
The ImageDirty Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Property Value
true if the image in the Viewer has been changed; otherwise, false.For C#/VB examples, refer to ImageDirtyChanged.
The Leadtools.Windows.Controls.ImageViewer.Source in the Viewer might change after calling any of the following methods:
- AnnAutomation.RealizeRedaction
- AnnAutomation.RestoreRedaction
- AnnAutomation.RealizeAllRedactions
- AnnAutomation.RestoreAllRedactions
You can use this property in your application to determine whether the image has been changed, if so, you might need to save the image back to its original file before you close the application. After you have saved the image, you can set the value of this property to false to indicate that the image has been saved.
