The HasStarted Property supports WPF/Silverlight.

The HasStarted Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Gets a value that indicates whether this AnnRunDesigner has started. Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7

(Read only) Start will start running Object and End will end it.
