The GroupEditFrameBackPen Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.
Gets or sets the background System.Windows.Media.Color used when drawing the group outline for all AnnEditDesigner derived classes. Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7

Remarks
When an AnnGroupObject is displayed with the AnnGroupEditDesigner it is drawn with three pens:
- The group outline background pen (GroupEditFrameBackPen)
- The group outline foreground pen (GroupEditFrameForePen)
- Each selected AnnObject in the group is drawn with the GroupEditObjectPen
