true if this AnnAutomation is currently in a state where the object properties dialog can be displayed; otherwise, false.For C#/VB examples, refer to ShowObjectPropertiesDialog.
(Read only) The AnnAutomation can display the object properties dialog if there is an AnnObject that is currently being edited (in other words, the CurrentDesigner is an object of the AnnEditDesigner class), and the AnnObject currently being edited is not locked (the AnnObject.IsLocked value is false).
Call the ShowObjectPropertiesDialog method to display the object properties dialog.
