Property Value
The maximum number of threads to use in recognition. The LEADTOOLS OCR engines provide support for recognizing document zones in separate threads. This can improve the performance of the recognition process. The default value of 0 (zero) instructs LEADTOOLS to use the maximum number of threads equal to the number of cores available in the current machine. A value of 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. instructs LEADTOOLS to use that maximum number of threads equal to that number. If you do not wish to use multi-threading inside the recognition process then set the value of this property to 1. If you are planning to spawn multiple instances of a workflow runtime that includes the OCR WF activity, it is recommended that you change the value of this property to 1.
