The UpdateCodecsOptionsEventArgs Class is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Provides a property for the LoadImageActivity.GetCredentials, SaveImageActivity.GetCredentials, and GetImageInfoActivity.GetCredentials events to set the appropriate RasterCodecs options used for file loading and saving.
