Changes from Version 14 to Version 14.5

Version 14.5 of the LEADTOOLS DICOM C DLL has changed from Version 14 as follows:

• LEADTOOLS DICOM C DLL has added support for loading a data set from memory.

New functions:

L_DicomLoadDSMemory
