LAnnProtractor
Description
The LAnnProtractor class is derived from LAnnRuler. This class contains the support for creating and managing Protractor annotation objects. You can use objects created from this class to set/get the different properties of a Protractor annotation object.

Required Libraries
You must load all required libraries using LBase::LoadLibraries before using the classes.
