Override this function to do your own processing of window events and messages. If you override this function you must call the base class implementation (LBitmapWindow::MsgProcCallBack) for default processing.
LAnnotationWindow overrides this function to handle annotation messages and to do some other processing. If you override this function then you must call the parent-class implementation of this function to allow the annotation window to do its default processing.
