Gets the current temporary directory.

Description |
pszTempDir |
Pointer to a buffer to be updated with the directory name. Make sure the buffer is large enough to contain the directory name. (Use a buffer of _MAX_PATH characters). |
uSize |
The size in bytes of the buffer pointed by pszTempDir. If the size is not large enough, the directory name will be truncated. |
