The command ID for the new menu item. The ID value must be in the range LTANNEVENT_MENUFIRST [0x0100] to LTANNEVENT_MENULAST [0x01FF]. This parameter is not valid if iType is ANNMENUITEMTYPE_SEPARATOR.
