Retrieves the name of the speed at the current index for the currently selected drive.

Value that represents a zero based-index of the speed to retrieve its name. |

Pointer to a character string to be updated with name of the speed. |

Comments
If the function succeeds, the user is responsible for freeing the retrieved speed name string by calling SysFreeString.
