Retrieves the index of the renderer that matches the specified name.

Pointer to an IltmmRenderers interface. |
Name |
Character string containing the name of the renderer to find. |
Index |
Pointer to a variable that receives a zero based index of the matching renderer. A value of –1 indicates that no match was found. |

Comments
A renderer's name is unique. An application can use this function to find a specific renderer. A renderer’s name can be retrieved with the ltmmRenderer::get_Name function or by using the LTMM DirectShow Filter List Utility.
