Comments
Configure the newly created profile using the IltmmWMProfile interface.
To save the profile to an XML-formatted string, use IltmmWMProfileManager::SaveProfile.
If IltmmWMProfileManager::CreateEmptyProfile succeeds, the caller must free the retrieved interface by calling its Release method.
