ltmmPlayCtrl.SaveSettingsToFile Method

Visual Basic example

Syntax

object.SaveSettingsToFile(TargetFile As String, Flags As Long)

Remarks

Saves some or all of the player object's settings to a file..

The player object's settings can be saved to a stream by calling the ltmmPlayCtrl.SaveSettingsToStream method.

Saved settings can be loaded using the ltmmPlayCtrl.LoadSettingsFromFile method or the ltmmPlayCtrl.LoadSettingsFromStream method.

It may be helpful to call ltmmPlayCtrl.CanSaveObjectSettings before calling either ltmmPlayCtrl.SaveSettingsToFile or ltmmPlayCtrl.SaveSettingsToStream, to make sure the settings you want to save can be saved. If either ltmmPlayCtrl.SaveSettingsToFile or ltmmPlayCtrl.SaveSettingsToStream is called for settings that cannot be saved, the save method will fail.
